The house is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are fresh and you feel like you're at home. We were more than satisfied with our stay. It is located on a quiet and peaceful street, with a wonderful view of the mountains, but at the same time it is within walking distance of the town center. The owners are kind and friendly people. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again and we will definitely recommend Perunika House to our friends and family!

The villa is new, made with taste and care and maintained wonderfully! It is located on the edge of the city, in a quiet place with a view of the mountain. Perfect cleanliness and comfort. There is a garden, a barbecue in the yard and everything you need in the kitchen. Near a park with ropes courses and a direct footpath to the main street. The hosts are very kind and responsive. We recommend!

Guest House "Perunika" is more than an incredible place for relaxation and rest. Its location and the view of Rila make you breathless and even more relaxed for the vacation itself. The owners have an incredible sense of interior design and with a work corner and afternoon coffee they simply captivate everyone resting there.

Very pleasant, warm and new rooms with fireplace. It is heated with air conditioners in the rooms. On 3 floors. With a wonderful garden. There is an outdoor barbecue. Downstairs in the kitchen there is a fireplace with pellets. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need. It is located near the Kotvata swimming pool and at the same time it is on a quiet and clean street at the foot of Rila, in Sapareva Banya. I recommend!
